You are a perfect match for us, if:

- You have at least 5 years PQE. Previous law firm/ in-house fintech experience is an advantage

- You have worked with businesses that have presence in multiple jurisdictions. Have a good understanding of what it means to keep a company ‘in good standing’

- You can review contracts and help other teams to put the commercials on paper

- You are comfortable with dealing with external legal & compliance consultants

- Your English is great (by default) and allows you to effectively communicate with numerous stakeholders

- You are good at simplifying legal concepts and communicating them to other stakeholders

- You are just good at communicating with other teams :)

- You are commercially oriented and eager to understand how the business operates to the very last detail; you are analytical and good at identifying/dropping things that just don’t make sense

- You have stellar work ethics; you are religious about meeting deadlines

- You are a quick learner
