Corefy is an IT product company with the main development office in Kiev. We are over 4 years old, 80+ people in the team. The CEO of the company has participated in such companies as Webmoney, Interkassa, RBKMoney, etc. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our team.

Requirements:

— Team management for at least 1 year

— Strong experience with JIRA, TMS

— Expertise in logs analyze using such tools as kibana, sentry, etc

— Writing postman collections

— Docker at least on user level

— Client-server architecture

— Tools: git, linux cli

— Testing strategies: UAT, smoke, sanity, etc

— Understanding UI/UX

— Frontend knowledge: js, css, html

— Writing sql

Wiil be +:

— Fintech work experience, service desk, work in product company

Responsibilities:

— Motivate the team to improve the efficiency so that the time saved can be used in different work areas.

— Have team meetings at appropriate time to understand & review the current risks and motivate the team to resolve the same.

— Defining quality standards and metrics for the project/product.

— Working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon.

— Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders.

— Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.

— Work closely on the deadlines of the project.

— Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.

— Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality processes with every project.

— Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance etc. are getting covered.

— Setting up goals and objectives for QA Engineers.

— Motivating team for achieving continuous Improvement.

— Mentoring the Technical Support Team, performing recruitment, onboarding, scheduled staff reviews and 1-1, sick leave/vacations approval, communicating and adhering to new procedures, workflows, policies and goals.
