SciForce has an opening for a high-skilled Lead Engineer who has solid experience in working with Java and Node.Js, as well as, a strong understanding of DevOps tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering and analyzing
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions
• Analyze product requirements and take a major part in designing the software at a high and detailed level
• Carry out technical supervision of middle and junior software development team members
• Contribute to all parts of the software’s development including design, development, documentation, and testing
• Create technical documentation

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding and solid experience with Core Java
• Highly-skilled Node.JS experience
• Experience with server-side Node.js API development
• Firm understanding of DevOps processes like Terraform, Kubernetes, and EKS on the AWS platform
• AWS/GCP skills- Lambda, EC2, S3, and BigQuery
• Ability to perform Unit Testing and Code review
• Experience in requirement gathering
• Excellent technical written and spoken English
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
