We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Lead Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with various channels for generating leads. Requirements:

  • Experience in gathering databases according to specific criteria.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and email marketing tools, with experience in other channels being a plus.
  • At least pre-intermediate level of English.
  • Ability to organize and maintain large datasets with precision and accuracy using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot for managing leads and tracking interactions.


Highly Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in researching industry trends and conducting competitor analysis to identify target markets.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced lead generation, using features like search filters, saved leads, and InMail communication.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Outreach for creating and automating campaigns.
  • Familiarity with lead enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or Apollo to gather and enhance lead data.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or LinkedIn Insights to track and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Working knowledge of alternative platforms such as Twitter, forums, online communities, or specialized industry sites for lead generation.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content research is an advantage.


Responsibilities:

  • Setting up LinkedIn and email automation.
  • Managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Creating accounts from scratch.
  • Collecting and verifying contact databases for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Assisting in lead validation during conferences.
  • Submitting applications on platforms like Upwork and others.
  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies with BD and marketing specialists.
  • Participating in online and offline events to attract clients.
  • Analyzing results and improving work methods for optimal performance.
