We’re looking for someone with
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
• Proven success in closing both renewal and expansion opportunities
• Previous experience of working with US/European customers
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
• Strong communication skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
• Interest in SaaS, data, technology

Responsibilities
• Work full-cycle deals from demo complete to close
• Learn and demonstrate the Reply.io platform to new prospective customers
• Negotiate contracts
• Research and target relevant companies
• Collect feedback from prospects/customers to pass to engineering and product teams to make our product better
