NIX is looking for a junior project manager who speaks Korean, Chinese or Japanese and wants to prove himself in managing various projects and be part of a cool team.

WE WILL PROVIDE IN THE FIRST FEW MONTHS:

• 2 months of paid training and internship;
• care of an attentive mentor during the training and the first months of work. This will help you to understand the specifics of project management and understand how to solve complex non-trivial process tasks;
• gaining the necessary knowledge so that after the internship you will be ready to manage a project on your own.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• managing and working with SDLC;
• building the process in the project and its continuous optimization;
• methodologies implementation and Agile practices application;
• communication and negotiations with the customer;
• team motivation and care, conflict resolution;
• work with project documentation.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Korean, Chinese or Japanese level Intermediate or higher;
• English level Upper-Intermediate and above;
• SDLC understanding;
• strong knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• the ability to be a leader and lead a team.

IT WILL BE A PLUS:

• project management experience;
• general IT experience;
• an understanding of what product management is all about.
