The project is a patient-centered predictive health analytics platform, that provides advanced genomic testing and merges big data analytics with clinical diagnostics.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of software development experience developing Java web applications

• Experience with JavaScript

• Strong knowledge of SQL

• Git knowledge including Git-flow development approach

• Strong understanding of the agile development process including CI/CD environment

• Knowledge of debugging, troubleshooting

• Ability to take high-level requirements and compile them into development tasks

• Ability to estimate tasks based off of technical debt, level of effort, and complexity

• English: Upper-Intermediate or above

We’d also like to see (but don’t require) hands-on experience with:

• Authentication/Authorization architecture knowledge including Single Sign-On using SAML/JWT/AWS (this includes but not limited to RDS, VPC, IAM, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, ECS/EKS/Fargate, Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda functions)

• Microservice architecture

• Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)

• Experience in ReactJS

• Work experience with CircularCI
