— Skills in sourcing and outreach candidates using a variety of platforms and tools
— Experience with the lead full-cycle recruitment process

— Good understanding of IT job market
— Good written and spoken communication skills
— Upper-intermediate English level

Обязанности
✔ To take the Recruiting initiatives & to conduct full-cycle recruiting;
✔ Support HR-related processes (adaptation, performance review, probation period control, etc.);
✔ We plan to experiment with a separate to pure outsource branch of the business in our company and you will work closely with the CEO to work on strategy and implementation.
