Requirements:
- knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components;
- background in active recruitment;
- good personnel selection skills (interviewing);
- ability to handle multitasking effectively;
- good teamwork skills;
- result-based performance approach;
- excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Intermediate level of English and higher.
Would be a plus:
- understanding of the IT market, experience in recruiting IT specialists;
- knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Searching for candidates using different sources and tools;
- Communicate with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process;
- Conduct interviews and sort through applications to identify the best candidates;
- Evaluate candidates’ alignment with company/team values and goals;
- cooperation with the Sales team.
