Requirements:

- Seek and find necessary candidates;

- Communicate with different people, from junior specialists to heads of companies;

- Develop as a specialist all the time;

- Know how to efficiently work in a team.


Responsibilities:

- Our company is constantly growing, so we are looking for a specialist who is ready to work on finding proper candidates for at least 5 vacancies at once;

- We don’t limit the list of vacancies by one technology, region, or candidate level, thus giving you an opportunity to work in different directions;

- You can try your skills not only in recruiting. You are welcome to develop as an HR Specialist and deal with employees adaptation, development, training, assessment, and even their entertainment;

- We work with up-to-date recruiting tools; all of our recruiters have paid LinkedIn accounts and access to different CV databases. We have also developed our own ATS.

- We try to think out of the box. So you are welcome to share your ideas on how to improve HR processes and workflow with us;

- You have at least an Intermediate level of English.
