We are Delfast, the Guinness World Record winning e-bike producer from Kyiv. We are looking for an extremely energetic Influencer marketing manager who will boost interest in our e-bikes among the opinion leaders globally. If your pitches are engaging enough to attract bloggers worldwide, we are made for each other :)

Influencer marketing manager will execute our campaigns with the bloggers by pitching and establishing relations with the community of US influencers across Youtube and social media. 

As an Influencer marketing manager you will:

• Look for and pitch the bloggers on regular basis as per the strategy approved with Head of PR
• Create campaigns around a unique vision, draft the proposals for this campaign, and decide on the KPIs 
• Briefing the influencers with test tasks, assisting with the formats that will best showcase our product 
• Coordinate with logistics department on test units delivery if needed
• Watch and analyse the industry trends, come up with the ideas on campaigns we should plan throughout the year
• Measure the campaign’s success together with the Head of PR

What you should have:

• 1-2 years of proven record working with influencers abroad, preferably in the United States
• Portfolio of collaborations with the opinion leaders and core KPIs achieved
• Strong knowledge of social media and Youtube performance
• Driving force to actively communicate and engage opinion leaders across the globe, excellent skills to write mind-blowing pitches
• Advanced English and communication skills are must
• Basic knowledge of setting and tracking the success KPIs of influencer campaigns
• Warm relationships with bloggers will be a plus
• Enthusiasm to promote innovative products made in Ukraine will be a plus :) 
• Care for the environment, love for green tech, passion for bicycling will be three more pluses to your karma :)
