Requirements:
· 2 + years experience in a diverse range of HR functions working within progressive HR models, preferably in a high technology / R&D environment.
· Positive attitude (Coming with the solution not with complaints)
· Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change initiatives
· Proven track record of great execution relative to cost, quality, and timeliness.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required (Master’s Degree in Human Resources valuable)
Responsibilities:
· Partners closely with business leaders (CEO and C level managers) to link the organizational business and workforce strategies to improve organization effectiveness, talent quality, and performance
· Aligns performance management and reward systems to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance and innovation within the company
· HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.
· Talent Management - Identifies, assesses, upgraded, and aggressively manages talent.
· Build personal development process to any of company members in Ukraine
