Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR
— Good understanding of key recruitment processes
— Knowledge and usage of HR processes
— Knowledge and usage of HR toolsets and channels
— Self-discipline
— Empathy and communication skills
— Solid organizational and problem-solving skills

— Building HR processes for inhouse and remote teams from scratch
— Ability to speak with IT specialists in their fictional language

— Hold 1:1 meetings with team members
— Development of an education plan to improve skills
— Tests and training organization
— Team relations management — conflict resolutions, relations improvements, organize events (celebrations, team buildings, etc.)
HR-branding
— Development and support of the company brand on the job market
— Convey company values and vision
— Interact with potential talents on themed events
— Monitoring of industry events that the company could participate in and creating a plan of “what, when, and how.”
— Ask talents to provide their feedback after the interview
— Propagate corporate culture through the team to the market
— Monitoring of company’s mentions to support its brand
