RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing Reward and Benefits strategy in local and international markets;
  • Ensuring Performance Management System is connected to C&B strategy;
  • Reviewing Grading System;
  • Digitizing People systems;
  • Overseeing policies, reporting & analytics;
  • Collaborating with the team to contribute to culture and organization design management;
  • Managing people surveys.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant professional experience in the area of compensation & benefits in an IT company;
  • Significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and Excel skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • The ability to set realistic deadlines and expectations is a skill that is required for this role.
