We’re looking for a Head of QA in Chernihiv! 

We have been developing the it-platform for food delivery more than 5 years. There are a lot of different food delivery services such as Mister.Am and others among our projects. We’re looking for a Head of QA in our cool team. 

Specific Responsibilities:

• Must have 5+ years of experience with at-least 3+ years of managing a team size of 10+ In onshore/offshore model
• Management of Quality Assurance
• Lead a group of QA Testers on project (s)
• Performance Testing guidance
• Security Testing guidance
• Will be responsible for Quality Assurance for all projects.

You will establish project priorities and manage the activities of the QA Leads, Consultants, Specialist, Analyst and interns within the team, delivering each project within the established commitments, ensuring quality, performance and conformance with established specifications.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Development of project scope of work for Quality Assurance
• Quality Assurance Project Plan & Estimation Development
• Establishing appropriate project milestones (in collaboration with the Product/Project Manager
• Managing the allocation of resources to ensure delivery of results
• Prepare and give presentations related to QA activities to business users and project team
• Gather project requirements and specifications from vendors, project managers and end-users
• Oversee project test planning and execution
• Coordinating all testing efforts including the request for procurement, setup and use of testing environment, test data, test devices, H/w, S/w and related needs
• Participates, as required, in a hands-on role, contributing with his/her technical/functional expertise
• Ensuring that projects adhere to established quality standards and measurements
• Tracking project status and ensuring that projects adhere to proposed schedule

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
