Purpose

- Innovate the product by understanding and engaging with customers and non-customers

- Understand the broader subscription / e-commerce market and competition to fuse this information into the product

- Educate internal and external stakeholders on how the platform works

- Design and deploy new features and elevate existing ones through understanding use cases and by speaking with target audience

- Get widespread adoption for each feature by holding education sessions, leading BETAs, and marketing new features

Responsibilities

- Prioritise and manage delivery of the product roadmap and features / improvements / bugs backlogs

- Combine feedback and target audience needs into the vision and roadmap

- Engage with the community about their product needs, wants, use cases, and feedback

- Ensure all stakeholders have accurate and up-to-date product knowledge

- Develop and maintain internal / external product documentation and change log

- Develop and deploy product marketing campaigns and announcements in collaboration with Head of Growth

- Facilitate escalations from customer support and the engineering team to other stakeholders

- Test and sign-off deployments to production to ensure quality and minimal bugs

- Recruit users and manage product and feature betas

- Plan and write detailed unambiguous project and task briefs

- Assist with UI & UX decisions and provide sign-offs for constant progress

- Lead and run product team meetings and calls, and conduct 1:1 calls as necessary

- Participate in annual planning meetings

You

- Have 5+ years of experience doing product management

- Have expert understanding (3+ years) of e-commerce and SaaS

- Are obsessed with fluid and beautiful user experiences and interfaces

- Have excellent management skills incl. understanding of Agile methodology

- Have strong technical writing and (preferrably) sales and marketing copywriting skills

- Posess excellent problem solving skills and extreme attention to detail

- Are results-oriented with positive, optimistic attitude

- Speak and write excellent English
