Responsibilities:

• Recruit members for our cross-functional integration teams;
• Secure a perfect ramp-up for the new colleagues in close collaboration with the colleagues;
• Arrange an atmosphere of close collaboration for the integration teams over all locations;
• Motivate our agile integration teams and empower them to work self-organized;
• Define standards and thus improve our framework for scaled Scrum;
• Boost efficiency within the teams to increase the release output;
• Help the teams in case of escalations towards the customer;
• Lead task forces to specific concerns and topics;
• Secure good collaboration with key account management, development and service departments;
• Ensure an excellent alignment with the development department;
• Directly report to the COO and the GM of the subsidiary in Ukraine.

Requirements:

• BS in informatics, business information systems or comparable, advanced degree or MBA desirable;
• Familiar with agile software development frameworks with integration and testing of customer specific software solutions using processes like Scrum and SAFe
• Strong agile mindset;
• Experienced in project and program management for integration projects in retail IT environments;
• Advanced Problem-solving skills;
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in German would be an advantage;
• Professional presentation skills;
• A hands-on detail-oriented management style while remaining flexible and sensitive to the company culture;
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
• Expert knowledge in Jira, Confluence and advanced roadmaps.
