Attract Group is an IT service provider. We develop and support web/mobile products of any complexity for European and US-based companies and startups. And we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who desires to build a marketing strategy on their own and develop a business with us.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing from 3+ years (b-2-b).
• The desire to lead the direction of the company.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Experience in setting tasks, and writing specifications, monitoring their implementation.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate/+

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Experience in working with international service IT companies.
• WordPress understanding.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Work with existing Marketing Strategy, and it's improving.
• Development of positioning, messages, and Tone of Voice.
• Analysis of rivals: strengths and weaknesses.
• Evaluation of ways to improve a product and market research.
• In-depth customer interviews and product research.
• Development and maintenance of dashboards with analytics, plans, and reports.
• Writing technical specifications and monitoring their implementation on the site/landing pages.
• Control of sales processes at the intersection with marketing.
• Analysis of applications at the initial stages.
• Creation of additional incentives for deciding in our favor.
• SMM — maintaining social accounts.
• Email marketing — mailings to our databases (optional).
