Must-haves:

• 2+ years experience of succesfully managing and motivating a team;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Experience of working with content quality (e-commerce, real estate platforms, etc.);
• Experience in creating and implementing efficient processes across the team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Curious, helpful, asking questions and proposing ideas.

Would be nice to have:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience in Real Estate products/marketplaces;
• Experience of work in start-ups;
• 
Experience of work in CRM/SaaS products.

What will you do?

• Develope, set up and manage the whole process of content processing and quality review;
• Scale the process within your team;
• Grow and developed the content team to reach the targets (for example, launch new markets);
• Participate in developing Data Processing System;
• Improve the product usability through the content perspective.
