As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Growth Hacker / Lead Generation Marketing Manager to drive engagement with startup founders and generate high-quality leads for product validation. This is not a conventional marketing role — we need someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and fearless in experimenting with new growth tactics.
Your primary objective will be to generate 50-100 engaged startup founder leads per month and gather actionable insights to validate product hypotheses.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, founder-centric content, including LinkedIn posts, short blog articles, and case studies.
- Distribute content across key platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and relevant newsletters.
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns using Google Ads and other paid channels, managing the marketing budget efficiently.
- Experiment with new channels, partnerships, and non-traditional outreach methods to connect with founders.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Build and manage outreach campaigns with tools like Apollo.io.
- Provide regular reports on lead acquisition and content performance.
What We Expect:
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B startup marketing, growth hacking, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS or startup ecosystems.
- Proven expertise in cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and building lead pipelines.
- Ability (or eagerness to learn) to craft content that resonates with startup founders.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Hustler mindset – you work independently, prioritize effectively, and take initiative without needing daily supervision.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with startup accelerators, founder communities, or early-stage startups.
- Familiarity with the venture capital industry and an understanding of startup fundraising challenges.
