Room 8 Group is looking for an experienced and proactive UI/UX (WEB) Designer to join our team! If you are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for web users, you will love this job!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or relevant experience;
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design (with focus on WEB and UI/UX);
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web;
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred;
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software;
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects;
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details;
• A strong appreciation for user-centered design;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teams across Marketing and Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Design layouts of web pages and landing pages;
• Create UI, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces and organizing that into UI-kits and brand guidelines;
• Lead and empower the Graphic Designer specialist;
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral;
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule;
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines;
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand;
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
