Responsibilities:

• Balancing the economy of idle games
• Co-creating a system for fast implementation of game economy changes
• Conducting analysis of the game economy, balance and player behavior
• Setting KPIs and initiating hypotheses for A/B tests that aim at the optimization of revenue during the whole life cycle of players' life
• Evaluating the influence of modifications prepared by the product team and product profitability and player engagement

Requirements:

• Experience in Game Economy / Game Design
• Mastery of Excel
• Knowledge of idle games economy balancing
• Deep understanding of game KPIs
• Deep, up-to-date knowledge of free-to-play market
