We are looking for a brilliant Financial Manager to create a financial system, take care of the processes and develop the company!
Tasks for the Mr or Ms Organisation:
- Maintaining an ongoing financial routine (internal & services payments, reporting);
- Budgeting, planning of financial flows and risk management;
- Maintenance of external financing processes (support of the investment process).
To do this, we invite an employee with:
- expertise on 'how everything happens' at all levels in UA IT;
- 'fluent' ability with task managers and CRM systems;
- ability to work with extensive information volumes in short terms;
- strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
Required experience:
- MANDATORY fluent spoken English;
- working with international payment systems and banks in Europe & US;
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT industry;
- ability to advise on Ukrainian and international (preferably USA) tax issues;
- proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents;
- knowledge of the basics of accounting, knowledge of Excel;
- proficiency in Google Spreadsheets.
First tasks:
- Take over current payment processes and systematise management reporting;
- Participation in budgeting and planning of financial flows;
- Participation in Financial modelling.
