Your skills and expertise we look for:

Background/education

• At least Intermediate level of English
• Degree/Masters in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or related fields

Technical

must have

• Developing in embedded C (for 1+ years)
• Experience in FW development using hardware kits and custom PCBs
• Understanding electronic circuits and schematics
• Working with digital/analogue electronics
• Programming microcontrollers and SoCs, including but not limited to Espressif ESP series SoCs, ARM Cortex-M based MCUs, Nordic SoCs, TI Wireless connectivity microcontrollers etc.
• Understanding of SPI, I2C, UART and other common interfaces/protocols
• TCP/UDP network protocols: MQTT, HTTP(s) or others
• Familiarity with command line tools
• Experience with git version control system

nice to have

• Embedded C++ knowledge
• Experience in unit testing and system (integration) testing
• Basic knowledge of a scripting language (Python)
• Understanding of FreeRTOS applications
• Some experience with AWS IoT core
• Experience with wireless systems (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Bluetooth LE)
• Knowledge of industrial/automation protocols (Modbus, CAN etc.)

Practical:

• Basic soldering skills
• Basic experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, digital signal analyzers)
• (optional) Low-level driver development experience
• (optional) PCB design experience
