We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager (B2B), who impacts the marketing and sales performance activities by delivering personalized email marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will advance analytics, grow the number of clients, and empower Newxel to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B Email Marketing and/or Direct Marketing experience
• Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch
• Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns in B2B
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, A/B Testing
• Proven work experience in growing, engaging with and analyzing the performance of email marketing databases
• Proficiency in data analytics to determine important data and be able to suggest improvements
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working with an email service provider platform required (reply.io / send pulse / Mailchimp, etc.)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic planning mindset
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, creative individual
• Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (CRM — HubSpot/Pipedrive)

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and execute lead-generation and B2B email campaigns
• Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements
• Plan and launch multistep advertising, and email campaigns with the DMM (SEO and PPC)
• Provide regular campaign performance reports
• Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from global brands to glean insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for email marketing
• Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices
