Requirements

We are looking for a Elixir trainer with the following qualifications:

• Middle-level or higher developer with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in developing applications using Elixir.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including tailwind.
• Experience with phoenix, phoenix_live_view.
• Expertise in docker & docker-compose.
• Experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, transactions, locking, and sharding.
• Solid understanding of basic algorithms and their application.
• Version control management using Git.
• Experience with jira.
• Experience in teaching adults technology.
• Proficiency in designing educational curriculums.

Responsibilities

1. Conducting comprehensive training sessions on Elixir development.
2. Designing and implementing an engaging and effective curriculum that aligns with industry best practices and the company's standards.
3. Providing mentorship and guidance to a diverse group of learners, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
4. Sharing practical insights and real-world experiences to enhance the understanding of software development concepts.
5. Evaluating and assessing the progress of each trainee, providing constructive feedback, and addressing individual learning needs.
6. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in fullstack development and incorporating relevant updates into the training program.
7. Collaborating with other trainers and stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
8. Assisting in the recruitment process for new training sessions and contributing to the onboarding of new learners.
9. Demonstrating a commitment to the company's values, including a passion for innovation, responsibility, and a fearless approach to challenges.
10. Collaborating with Introduct Group's development teams to stay informed about the latest projects and industry-specific advancements.

Working conditions

• Salary: $3,000 USD per month (net, all taxes paid), on a Gig-contract basis within Diya City.
• 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
• 18 paid vacation days per year (in accordance with the state's regulations).
• Paid sick leave (in accordance with the state's regulations).
• Full-time position, with the flexibility to work at 100% or 75% capacity.
• Training a group of 30 individuals
