Responsibilities:

• Research, apply and promote diversity initiatives and share best practice;
• Translate equality guidelines/recommendations (for ex. WEPs) into practice to ensure our organization meets those requirements;
• Write, implement and review EDI policies at corporate and department levels;
• Provide advice, guidance and support on equality and diversity issues;
• Raise awareness with internal and external community, organize events, campaigns etc.;
• Interact with stakeholders across departments and locations;
• Prepare reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience with gender equality, human rights, inclusivity, accessibility or CSR projects;
• Good understanding of Equality, Diversity, Inclusivity and agenda;
• 3+ years of relevant experience;
• Experience in complex programs design, project management, communication campaigns\events organization;
• Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills;
• Self-motivated, with "getting things done" attitude;
• English level — advanced, fluent in Ukrainian.
