If you are ready to become a part of our family, you can see all the basic requirements:


Perform requirements analysis, define, manage and resolve requirements gap issues

Work with the stakeholders and developers to determine work estimates and resource requirements to create a detailed project plan

Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and forecasts, project resource plans and status reports

Control scope and manage the change control process

Monitor and control project delivery within budget and timelines

Define and manage project risks and dependencies, and resolves risks and issues

Proactively remove roadblocks and escalate, as appropriate, to management and stakeholders

Schedule and lead team meetings, standups, and working sessions

Promote a strong working partnership between business and IT members of the team and ensure excellent communications between team members, stakeholders, and management, at all levels.

Control and track developers time


Requirements:

— Experience in IT project management 2+ years

— Experience in eCommerce development is a must 2+ years

— Experience in eCommerce projects using Headless or PWA 2+ years

— Strong understanding of systems and web development process. Able to understand technical terms and system design considerations

— Strong planning and time management skills

— Fluent written and spoken English

— Ability to produce and manage project documentation (project plan, SOW, changes, and risk management charts, project progress reports)

— Resource management

— Experience with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks

— Perform requirements analysis, define, manage and resolve requirements gap issues

— Work with the stakeholders and developers to determine work estimates and resource requirements to create a detailed project plan

— Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and forecasts, project resource plans, and status reports


Will be a plus:

— Understanding of SDLC

— Requirement analysis, BA background
