Role Overview:

To boost our brand visibility, diversify lead channels, and increase inbound client interest in DNA325’s services, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our online marketing strategy and execution. This role requires a mix of technical digital marketing expertise, creativity, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable experimenting with out-of-the-box strategies to enhance brand awareness.

What you’ll do:

  • Write and manage content (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, social media posts) that supports both brand awareness and lead generation goals.
  • Own our SEO and link-building strategies, improving organic visibility in key markets (USA, EU, Ukraine).
  • Manage public profiles across platforms and keep them optimized.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Manage and engage with DNA325’s audience on social media platforms to enhance community engagement.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on paid media channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Plan and test growth experiments, creative campaigns, and remarketing strategies to maximize client engagement.
  • Support the sales and recruiting teams with marketing collateral: presentations, case studies, service overviews, and email templates.
  • Participate in sales calls and client meetings to support lead nurturing and conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to execute high-quality marketing assets.
  • Keep an eye on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, advertising, and recruitment industry marketing.

Our expectations from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the recruitment, B2B, or tech industry.
  • Experience creating and managing multi-channel content (blogs, social media, newsletters, landing pages).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with link-building strategies.
  • Running and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, including content, outreach, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native insights) to track and improve performance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, design or no-code tools to support fast-paced content production and automate marketing activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with strong self-organization and a structured, analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a remote team environment.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Working proficiency in Ukrainian.
  • Previous experience in recruitment marketing or marketing for HR/consulting services.
