Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Development industry
- 5+ years IT project management experience (planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management)
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management
- Strong technical background
- Hands on knowledge & experience in Agile (Scrum\Kanban) software development methodologies
- Experience of managing enterprise projects
- Experience working in a service-delivery organization
- Experience in project staffing and people management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills, problem solver attitude, ability to work under pressure
- Ability & willing to visit customers (business trips), US and/or UK visa is a plus
- Good command of English: Upper-Intermediate and higher level
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer projects successfully
- Manage customer expectations and relationship
- Team management and processed coordination across team members (responsible for team members workload, managing resources required for a team to perform work)
- Start and transform projects at any scale, including roles and team composition
- Manage cross-functional project teams distributed over different geographic locations
- Drive engagements of the average size of 30-50+ FTEs in total
- Create open, and trustful environment where teams can work efficiently and deliver high-quality products quickly
- Resolve process issues, proactively define and implement process improvement
- Promote open and transparent collaboration and alignment with stakeholders and other departments
- Take a proactive role in contributing to the best delivery management practices and processes within the company
