Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Development industry
• 5+ years IT project management experience (planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management)
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management
• Strong technical background
• Hands on knowledge & experience in Agile (Scrum\Kanban) software development methodologies
• Experience of managing enterprise projects
• Experience working in a service-delivery organization
• Experience in project staffing and people management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem solver attitude, ability to work under pressure
• Ability & willing to visit customers (business trips), US and/or UK visa is a plus
• Good command of English: Upper-Intermediate and higher level

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer projects successfully
• Manage customer expectations and relationship
• Team management and processed coordination across team members (responsible for team members workload, managing resources required for a team to perform work)
• Start and transform projects at any scale, including roles and team composition
• Manage cross-functional project teams distributed over different geographic locations
• Drive engagements of the average size of 30-50+ FTEs in total
• Create open, and trustful environment where teams can work efficiently and deliver high-quality products quickly
• Resolve process issues, proactively define and implement process improvement
• Promote open and transparent collaboration and alignment with stakeholders and other departments
• Take a proactive role in contributing to the best delivery management practices and processes within the company
