We are looking for a Customer support specialist to join our team.
What you should have:
- Degree in accounting, interpreting or 2-year equivalent work experience — would be a plus;
- Work experience in customer support, with text translations, work with large amount of information — would be a solid plus;
- Attention to details, strong organizational and analytical skills are a must;
- Must be comfortable working in a technical fast pace rhythm;
- Upper intermediate or better English communication skills required (written and verbal).
What you should do:
As a Catalog maintainment specialist you will be responsible for:
- Timely receipt and processing of incidents regarding catalog updates and tasks for catalog reviews;
- Work directly with our customers to understand their complex service catalog requirements;
- Create, link and maintain devices, accessories, services and pricing options;
- Validate availability of catalog items on supplier portals or by correspondence via email;
- Perform recurring catalog reviews and changes per customer requests.
