Now we’re looking for highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Support Representative.

This is a great opportunity to try yourself as a Сustomer Support, and develop your communication skills with native speakers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency (fluency and functional literacy) in English;
• Proven experience in customer support or call centre operations will be a plus;
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral;
• Active listening skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer email, and phone queries and requests;
• Handle customer complaints;
• Consultation of new clients on updates, discounts, payment methods;
• Support for existing customers.

Conditions of work:

• Day shift (8.00 - 16.00)
• Evening shift (14.00 - 22.00)
• Night shift (22.00 - 8.00)
