Now we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to our QA Customer Support Team with a mission of supporting and developing high-level standards of customer service. This is a strategic role with an impact on the delivery of the Company’s mission — Best Customer Experience.

Team, you will work with: 3 Service Quality Assurance Specialists, Knowledge Manager, Service Quality Assurance Lead and Customer Support Team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Analysis of interactions between Customer Support Specialists and clients (emails, chats, calls) according to the standards
  • Providing feedback to Customer Support Specialists
  • Preparation of regular reports on the quality indicators of Customer Support Specialists
  • Regular updating of the knowledge base


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • 2+ years of experience in Сustomer Service including mentoring / supervision / quality control
  • Deep understanding of international B2B market
  • Advanced English (C1), both oral and written
  • Advanced/Fluent Portuguese and/or Spanish (C1-C2), both oral and written
  • High level of learning and analytical skills, attention to details
  • Energetic, flexible, and proactive
