Customer Support Representative is a decisive role for Cotano. We’re in need of a bridge between our product and our users. By helping them every day, you’ll gain valuable insights and push your ideas to the Cotano product.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively ensuring the stability of Cotano’s major functions and systems in seamless collaboration with the product team.
  • Critically analyse & respond to customer inquiries (2-5 per day).
  • Daily monitor product analytics to ensure growth and gather product insights.
  • Interview users (5 per week), aggregate user voice, and contribute it to the product together with the product manager.
  • Discover customer pains and test prototypes.
  • Onboard & success of Enterprise customers like Leroy Merlin, Glovo, and Oriflame.
  • Lead or participate in projects to improve our internal team or external company processes.


What You'll Need

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or success based role. SaaS experience is a huge plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, find answers to customer issues, and articulate complex solutions.
  • Upper-intermediate level of written & speaking English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt to a changing product.
