👉Responsibilities👈

- Be the holder of a quarterly Product Roadmap, create and facilitate it together with the CEO, be the guarantor of the key projects delivery;

- Manage the lifecycle of our complex portfolio of projects — support coordination among Product, Content, Design, CRM, and Marketing teams, map stakeholders, kickoff, set timeline and scope, identify and map risks, monitor progress, manage changes, escalate and communicate the progress of each project;

- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery;

- Set the right methodology for how projects need to be planned, delivered, monitored and communicated;

- Be the one individual who can address all delivery and related topics within the unit you work with;

- Handle and support day to day operational workflow;

-Manage expectations and inputs from key stakeholders.

💥Required skills💥

- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager and have managed complex projects with several stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams;

- Have proven ability to lead people toward execution, resolve conflicts and make things happen;

- Experience working in increments and empowering a team to do so;

-Good knowledge of different managerial methodologies and the ability to adapt them to actual circumstances;

-Proven experience in process development and process workflow;

- Experience in working with task management tools (we use ClickUp – it's like Asana);

- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking;

- Problem solving and proactive attitude;

- You highly enjoy working in an environment with flat hierarchies and are a true motivator and mediator for your colleagues.

Will be a plus

- Experience working in iGaming;

- English — Upper-Intermediate;

- Knowledge and practicing of Agile methodologies.
