    YOU ARE

    • Focused on the People side of the Change
    • Possessing theoretical knowledge of Change management standards, processes, and approaches (Change Management Certification will be a plus point)
    • Skillful at defining and framing complex issues, even if facing incomplete or ambiguous information
    • Pretty knowledgeable of human psychology when facing or dealing with a change
    • Experienced in overcoming resistance to changes
    • An expert in stakeholder engagement technics
    • Able to deliver clear and valuable messages to raise the desire to change
    • Skillful in developing Change management strategies, plans and implementing them
    • Able to perform Change impact analysis and evaluate readiness for change
    • Good at Project management and Team management
    • Competent in strategic and tactical planning, constraints and assumptions management
    • Comfortable with complex and ambitious cross-functional projects and programs, involving numerous stakeholders, multiple business processes, and systems
    • Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to tolerate ambiguity in the work place

    YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

    • C-Level and Top-managers, change managers, project managers, and other experts to deliver various solutions and drive change adoption
    • Experienced corporate business stakeholders (including senior-level) directly
    • Solution Design and Implementation teams

    As a change manager you will

    • Be a part of a Change management team at the Global Delivery Leadership organization
    • Help develop Change management competence through research, collaboration, documentation, and validation of concepts
    • Support Change management community through engagement activities and communication
    • Design, launch and apply change management tools to support competence development
    • Perform as an internal trainer and/or speaker during the knowledge sharing and awareness-building events
    • Support Project, Program, or Change Leaders in ensuring projects or Change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget through increasing employee adoption
    • Review the overall changes initiated in the company and how they impact structural units of the organization
    • Determine whether the organization/ team is ready to adopt proposed changes
    • Develop the approach for how an organization/team transitions from its current to the future state
    • Highlight project/initiative-specific approaches to develop and deliver all in-scope Change management workstreams
    • Document the actions, timelines, and resources needed to deliver changes
    • Implement processes for performing the change activities by monitoring, measuring, and controlling delivery against baseline plans
    • Modify and update Change Management Plans if/when required in order to ensure that outcomes remain correctly aligned with the organization/unit needs Perform transition to maintenance or sustaining activities
    • Evaluate Change outcomes against the initial objectives
    • Document Lessons Learned and maintain competence knowledge base
