Your Responsibilities:


  • Daily time management and managing calendars for work
  • Reading, monitoring CEOs and management department emails
  • Travel Management: Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Searching information about clients/partners before meetings
  • Coordination of exhibitions
  • Help in managing projects
  • Managing and reviewing documents, contracts
  • Planning and organising meetings, preparing papers for meetings
  • Taking action points and writing minutes
  • Supervising and communicating with employees
  • Working with CRM systems
  • Conducting researches
  • Coordinate virtual team building


Your Qualifications:


  • Advanced English, to represent the CEO , Ukrainian and Russian for team assistance
  • Work experience in a similar position at least 3 years
  • Ability to be in touch on Saturdays 
  • Ability to make reasoned decisions  independently
  • Ability to communicate, give and receive feedback
  • Proactive - ability to think ahead, propose solutions in advance
  • Able to travel, reunion  for 1 week, 2-3 times a year
  • Skills in using tools such as: Slack, Hubspot, GSuite, Zoom, Google Calendar
  • Presentable looking good
