Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer relationship: day-to-day fruitful and effective communication, engagement development, project negotiations, etc.
  • Make sure that every project corresponds with the client's business goals
  • Work with Upwork platform and ensure the lead generation
  • Participation in pre-sales activities
  • Hire your new team mates and build the team
  • Organize and tune the project management best practices

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in Project Management and/or Sales in IT
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Team management of more than 4 people
  • Upwork Experience
