Primary requirements

• High analytical skills

• Understanding of the main structural divisions of businesses and the processes of interaction between them
• Technical and financial background - as a plus
• Knowledge of tools for project management, formalization, and visualization of processes
• Knowledge of tools for reporting (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc)
• Knowledge and experience with tools for process automation
• Knowledge of Scrum methodologies, Agile, etc

Functional responsibilities

• Working with management and all business units in the matter of analyzing and formalizing existing processes
• Development / implementation of the necessary reports - financial (PnL, CF, BS), operational
• Managing and Analysis of the company data
• Search for bottlenecks and their optimization to increase the "throughput", quality of service, efficiency
• Identifying resource gaps and making recommendations for improvement
• Implementation of changes to internal processes
• Formalization of business processes
• Organization and conducting of the necessary meetings, seminars and trainings, strategic sessions, and their facilitation
