We are looking for a Business Development Manager that will be converting our marketing leads into the sales opportunities. No cold calls / emails.

Requirements:

— Excellent spoken and written English. Advanced (C1) level is a must;

— 3+ years of experience in IT services sales for the US and/or Western Europe markets;

— Experience in full-cycle sales;

— Previous experience as Project Manager or Product Manager;

— Strong knowledge of sales techniques;

— Strong knowledge of client acquisition channels;

— Experience with HubSpot and/or other CRM;

— Experience in launching and managing sales operations with active quota-carrying sales;

— Ability to understand and address the client’s needs and translate technical team responses;

— General understanding of tech stack, development and design process;

— Good understanding of one of the domains: AdTech, Fintech, Music, Healthcare, or Mobile development.

Responsibilities:

— Nurture leads and build relationships;

— Answer inbound inquiries, analyze requirements;

— Qualify the leads;

— Present proposals and close deals;

— Prepare and get papers signed (according to our templates);

— Collaborate with the marketing department and CEO;

— Make sure every touch is logged in CRM.
