We are looking for an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST with 3+ years of expertise in business requirements analysis in the IT-sphere. A person who will help make our fintech product better every day.

REQUIREMENTS (Must have):

1. Solid experience (3 years +) with business requirements analysis in IT sphere.
2. Ability to transformative business requirements to consistent requirements specifications for developers (web, mobile)/designer teams.
3. Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources.
4. Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.
5. Knowledge of the describing tasks Agile methodology: epic, feature, story, tasks.
6. Understanding of principles and specifics SDLC.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Upper-Intermediate written and verbal English.
9. Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance, or related field.
10. Knowledge and expertise in the Fintech area is a strong plus.
11. Knowledge of business process description methodologies is a plus (BPMN.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Close collaboration with the business team.
2. Gather business requirements.
3. Create requirements specifications for the developers/designers team.
4. Create specifications for different APIs integration.
5. Document data flow diagrams, entity descriptions.
