What you will do:

• Conduct discovery stage for the product
• Identify business and customer needs
• Transfer business vision into detailed requirements for development
• Closely collaborate with designer and tech lead
• Participate in pre-sales, support sales team

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in business analysis
• Fluent written and verbal English, including technical writing skills (at least Upper-Intermediate)
• Experience in translating business needs/requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle

Personal skills:

• ‘Start-up’ state of mind: understanding of start-up environment requirements and atmosphere, easily and rapidly adapting to changes
• Ability to work remotely but still coordinate with colleagues in a globally distributed team
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work on an individual and team basis
• Enthusiasm, fast learning, problem-solving attitude
