Responsibilities:

• Reviews, analyzes and evaluates complex business systems, processes, data, and user needs
• Partners with business and technology teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements
• Analyzes impact of proposed solution to determine changes to business/operational roles and procedures
• Develops use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contributes business partner’s perspective during design reviews
• Communicates business priorities to the technology organization to drive effective feature prioritization and sequencing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a business analyst 
• Experience with consumer facing products in fintech and crypto may be a dealmaked
• Broad understanding of general business and management practices
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact with the various levels of management
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational and project requirements
• Experience using Agile management tools or spreadsheets to gather and manage user stories, test cases, issues, and reports
• Ability to manage and focus on multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Experience using agile methodologies such as Scrum
