We are looking for a billing specialist to optimise payment processes and

help scaling our subscription based SaaS product that operates worldwide.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in payments/billing manager role
• Understanding of payment systems, methods and processes
• Good analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel
• Experience in communication with foreign customers or partners
• Understanding of basic principles of contractual relations
• Advanced English is a must
• Work experience in any other high-risk verticals is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of key payment metrics
• Chargebacks management
• Approve ratio optimisation
• New payment providers research and launch
• New processing features implementation
• Cooperation with technical and customer support departments
• Maintenance of regular recording and reporting;
