As an Affiliate/Partnerships Manager, you will work with our sales and business development teams to secure, build and manage partnerships. In addition to building relationships, you have the ability to manage the full lifecycle of a marketing partnership across prospecting, contracting and developing growth strategies.  

Are you the type of person who wants to influence the journey of a company, help us grow from launch through product market fit to global scale? If so, then this is the role for you! 5+ years of technology industry experience in partnerships/channels ideally in a software environment.


Requirements


  • You can demonstrate a proven track record of building successful partnerships in the SaaS\IT ecosystem
  • You're technologically fluent
  • You “get stuff done” with individual partners while simultaneously building repeatable internal infrastructure and processes
  • You speak English fluently (upper intermediate/advanced)


Key responsibilities 


  • Build partnership relationships from scratch using inbound and outbound activities
  • Actively seek out new opportunities with strategic partners
  • Negotiate and close complex and long term contracts with partner companies 
  • Effectively pitch our company and its benefits to prospective partners via presentations and any other materials  
  • Develop detailed models to quantify impact of bringing a new partner into our ecosystem  
  • Manage strategic relationships, having a diplomatic approach to negotiation, and strong project management skills
  • Master Intellectsoft’s value proposition and communicate it effectively - to our new strategic partners, as well as new potential partners
  • Build and support affiliate network at the website using a third-party service

About You


You’ll come to us with extensive experience as a marketing professional, preferably in affiliate marketing or an IT environment and are from agency, network, publisher or client side. You’ll be exceptionally well versed and accomplished at building and maintaining relationships plus managing complex partnership projects; have strong negotiation skills plus experience of affiliate revenue management and optimisation. You’re resilient, positive, self motivated, driven by challenges, open to feedback, love to learn + flexible to change.
