Rondesignlab is looking for a skilled Account Manager with strategic thinking, who understands the importance of excellent client relationship management.
2 main functions for this role: being a communicator between the designer team and clients + developing relations with clients.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management
- Fluency in English — both written and spoken, B2+
- Knowledge of Sales Navigator LinkedIn, Gsuite, Notion, Zoho
- The ability to identify client’s needs and transform them into tasks
- Practical experience of working with assumptions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Will be a plus:
- Understanding the principles of web design development
- Experience in IT sphere as an Account Manager or a Project Manager
Tasks:
- Systematically develop strong relationship with client accounts
- Collaborate with each customer, identifying their needs and focusing on long-term cooperation
- Initialization of work with the client: distribution of tasks by departments, creating project reports
- Manage day-to-day communication with a client (updating amount of work through the project; being a facilitator between the designers’ team and a client; verification of deadlines; follow-up etc.)
- Prepare reports on the daily/weekly activity
- Keep an eye on upsale/cross sale opportunities
Working conditions:
- 900$ fixed salary+KPI+performance-based bonus
