Hey Account Manager of our dreams!

Fulcrum is looking for a person who will LOVE, or even better — be obsessed with our clients. Customer Obsession is our #1 Value at Fulcrum. This means you’ll get to be the architect and create the system from scratch. But don’t worry — we do have some process & KPIs in place, that will help you out.

How your responsibilities would look like?

  • Calculate and increase NPS of our current pool of accounts;
  • Mitigate and analyze potential risks in the cooperation;
  • Identify potential opportunities within the account;
  • Identify and build relationships with major stack-holders;
  • Coordinate with delivery team clients objections, roadmap on increasing NPS and upsells;
  • Communicate risks, blockers, and challenges of the project in a coherent way and with minimum new gray hairs on the clients head;
  • Build roadmap on strategic cooperation;


How your daily/weekly/monthly routines would look like?

  • Biweekly calls with current clients, monthly calls with previous clients;
  • Daily standups with sales team;
  • Collecting feedback and transforming those into CS reports;
  • Day to day communication with clients and delivery team;
  • Together with the delivery team prepare relevant offers for clients;
  • Prepare pitch decks for up-sales;
  • Prepare agreements together with legal team;
  • Analyzing existing client needs, concerns, and objectives. Transforming those into offerings with the business development team;
  • Formalizing business processes, creating scalable and effective Account Management department;


So, what are the must-haves?

  • Advanced level of English;
  • Previous experience in IT Sales or Account Management;
  • Structured and coherent communication skills;
  • Empathy towards clients needs and challenges;


What are the nice-to-haves?

  • Previous experience with people management;
  • Building systematic processes;
  • Entrepreneurial background;
