Reface is hiring a Product Data Analyst

Work with the Reface app’s product team to test, analyze, track metrics, and uncover the underlying story in any data

Workflow:

 we have 3 Analysts, and each of them has their own area of responsibilitythe seniority level of the team is Middle/Senior, but we prefer not to use titles at all

 we use working processes. There are no scrum masters. The team decides how to work and what technologies and approaches to choose

• no micromanagement. We have no time or desire for this

 unlimited vacation time. We trust each other

• now we work remotely and smart, instead of 9 to 5

What will you do:

 track metrics, find growth points, and bottlenecks

 design, set up, and analyze A/B tests

 conduct detailed post-analysis of new features and user behavior analysis upon the team’s request

 transform multiple metrics, complex business rules, and data structures into user-friendly analytical reporting and visualizations

 automate and optimize routine ad-hoc tasks, metric alerting, and reporting workflows

 improve existing analytics tracking system and design new events and data collection requirements

 implement your boldest ideas to life, freedom of action is not limited

What should you have:

 experience working with mobile apps analytics

• background with Google Analytics, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat etc.

 you are a pro user of Tableau, Power BI, or similar who created solutions for efficient metric analysis

 knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and relevant analytics libraries

 experience with A/B testing

 attention to detail that easily drives other people crazy

 presentation skills and ability to explain a complex concept in simple terms

As a plus:

 you’ve built predictive models and ETL pipelines (AirFlow, etc.)

 experience working in startups and/or building analytics systems from 0 to 1
