We invite a Business Analyst to join our team and work on a payroll platform that provides a wide range of reporting capabilities and offers customizable payroll management solutions for various businesses. You’ll be the main point of communication with product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality, helping users manage payroll taxes and remain compliant. What’s in it for you:

Qualifications and experience:

• 3+ years’ experience as a BA/Product Manager• Experience with creating product/feature roadmap• Excellent analytical and communication skills• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (understanding of SDLC, release procedure)• Experience with Agile methodologies• Experience with task tracking systems, collaboration and modeling tools• Upper-Intermediate English skills (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with requirement preparation for 3rd-party integrations• Expertise with US payroll and tax market (or the goal to become an expert in one)• Technical background: understanding of Git flow, infrastructure, data storage, and API communication principles

Key responsibilities:

• Become the main point of communication with product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality• Elicit, analyze and convert business problems into feature requirements; present requirements to the team• Assist stakeholders in priorities management for the features; engage changes requested by them• Visualize workflows of the developed solution by means of Use Case and Activity diagrams (UML) or Process and Collaboration models (BPMN)• Prepare UI wireframes and/or prototypes, assist designers in designing UI and UX• Deliver a presentation on the implemented solution to the customer
