 DMarket is a set of technologies used for interactive entertainment to access and build the metaverse.

We provide all necessary layers; from the marketplace to fintech, compliance and blockchain. Allowing esports, Gaming, and Streaming companies to start creating and trading NFTs. Including virtual items, from AAA games, esports memorabilia and Live NFT drops for streamers. This has allowed tremendous traction with millions of users, AAA game contracts, and top-tier OTT on hand. Our main goal and focus is mass adoption of the virtual items economy.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in system company on a similar role (HRD, HRBP);
• Completed higher education in the field of psychology or personnel management;
• Deep understanding of HR functions (comp & ben, recruitment, training & development, etc.);
• Experience in implementation processes from scratch, launching HR projects and support transformation processes;
• Goal-oriented attitude and analytical thinking;
• Additional education in HR sphere, certificates will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR processes;
• Design and carry out a talent strategy;
• Grow HR department from scratch; 
• Manage employee recognition and wellness programs, employee perks and employee engagement;
• To be a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, provide guidance and/or resolve complex people-related issues;
• Create a positive employee experience.
